Context: We are a community based non-profit, providing a broad range of services related to our mission of health, justice and hope. We provide community based victim advocacy services for a broad range of non-intimate partner crimes, regardless of if the crime was reported to police or if there is a formal investigation (and regardless of immigration status). We also have a restorative justice-based program in Multnomah County called Restorative Dialogue Program, working with juvenile justice-involved youth and victims of crime. The agency also offers immigration counseling, refugee resettlement, mental health counseling, Citizenship classes, ESL and many other programs.

Context: Provides advance notification to enrolled victims and witnesses of release from prison to the community. Our Community Victim Liaisons assist in safety planning services to victims in cases which are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections.  We have an Accountability Letter Bank, into which an inmate in a WA State prison may submit a letter of accountability to a victim. In addition, a victim may request a Victim/Offender Facilitated Dialogue Meeting with an inmate in our prisons. Two trained facilitators will provide preparation and facilitation of those meetings. Context: We offer youth groups and programs using restorative practices in skills training and development, respite care for emotionally disturbed youth, youth peer support, and individual community skills building services. We work with youth who have high risk behaviors, trauma and family issues, juvenile justice involvement, and emotion regulation problems to help them develop the necessary life and coping skills to take accountability for their actions and make safer, healthier choices moving forward. We incorporate targeted care coordination, child assessment of needs and strengths, comprehensive and differential diagnostic procedures as needed, and psychological evaluation and test measures when appropriate. We utilize staff with varying levels of degrees and training in restorative practices, respite care, skills training and development, peer and youth support, CBRS, behavior intervention, CPI, individual and family counseling, and crisis intervention.
